  • Stress management

    Stress management programs are claimable under the Health Management limit of your Extras cover.

    Stress management programs must include the following in order to be recognised by CBHS Corporate Health:

    1. Clear objectives
    2. Course outline
    3. Goals
    4. Expected outcomes
