    Each group of services within Extras covers has an overall limit on the amount you can claim. Most limits are based on per person per calendar year entitlement, unless otherwise stated in our Extras table.

    Benefits which attract any 3 or 5 year period are entitled to have the benefit renewed on the same date which the service was performed respectively.

    Botox injections are used as a treatment for wrinkles, crows feet and facial lines, and also for certain medical conditions.  Botox is now listed on the PBS for urinary incontinence. It is also listed for migraines and hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) and all three conditions are claimable through Medicare.
