Dependant Child is a person who is:
(a) a child of the member or a child for whom the member is legally responsible for the day-to-day care of and is under the age of 18; or (b) a dependent of the member, is under the age of 25 and is a full-time student at a school, college or university, and is not married or living in a defacto relationship.
