Become a recognised provider

Ensure your clients can claim a rebate by becoming a Recognised Provider.

CBHS Corporate Health provides exceptional member care by ensuring that the claims process is simple and streamlined. CBHS Corporate Health can only pay benefits for services provided by ‘recognised providers’. On this page you will find information about the types of providers that are deemed to be recognised providers and the services for which they are considered to be recognised providers.

CBHS Corporate Health and recognised providers

Please note that as an insurer, we do not recommended practitioners to members and we do not participate in the clinical relationship between member and provider. CBHS Corporate Health is not responsible for clinical outcomes for services provided or not provided by recognised providers. The extent of CBHS Corporate Health’s responsibility, as a health insurer, is to decide whether to pay or not to pay Fund benefits. In doing so, we act in accordance with the CBHS Corporate Health Health Benefit Fund Rules and the applicable Government regulations.
