Henry Capra,  Non-Executive Director

Mr Capra was appointed to the Board of CBHS Corporate since December 2016 and was elected as Chairman in March 2018. He is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Mr Capra has more than 28 years of senior management, operational and finance experience in the financial services industry. He has managed teams with responsibility for finance, taxation, operations, human resources, technology, risk, compliance and legal.

Mr Capra is currently a Non-Executive Director (and member of the Audit Committee) of Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited, a Non-Executive Director (and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee) of ASPECT (Autism Spectrum Australia Limited), a Non-Executive Director of Millinium Capital Managers Limited, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee on Multicultural NSW.

Mr Capra is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Economics.


Marielle Latour Non-Executive Director

Ms Latour has been a Director since February 2016 and is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

With over 30 years’ experience in financial services Ms Latour’s professional experience is in consulting, marketing and distribution, strategy, stakeholder management and managing businesses, all gained holding senior executive positions at Commonwealth Bank, Colonial Group, TAL and numerous consulting assignments.

Ms Latour is a former Director of My Credit Union Limited, that through a merger, increased member value and provided enhanced products and services. She was also a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Ms Latour holds an Executive MBA, a Bachelor of Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Claudia Bels

Claudia Bels​, Non-Executive Director

Ms Bels was appointed to the Board of CBHS Corporate in February 2018 and is Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Ms Bels has over 25 years’ experience across the international banking and finance, government and member services sectors. She has a strong executive background in law, finance, risk management and corporate governance. Ms Bels holds the following Board appointments, Non-Executive Director of Australian Settlements Limited, Australia & New Zealand Recycling Platform Limited and Australian Physiotherapy Council Limited. She is also Chair of a number of Audit and Risk Committees and other Committees for these organisations and various public sector entities.

Ms Bels holds a Bachelor of Economics/Law, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Exec) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Hugh Podmore

Hugh Podmore​, Non-Executive Director

Mr Podmore was appointed to the Board of Directors of CBHS Corporate Health in January 2019. Mr Podmore has over a decade of digital strategy and implementation experience, and is Managing Partner of UserCentric, a leading digital consultancy. He has both founded and consulted to some of Australia's most successful technology and internet startups, and is currently also a Non-Executive Director of Sittr.com.

He has previously held Head of Strategy roles at both News Corp and CBA, where he co-led the bank's in-house management consulting capability, after beginning his career in Deloitte's global Strategy practice. His prior Directorships include the Deloitte Australia Foundation and Island Adventurer Travel, an e-commerce business focused on the Chinese market.

Mr Podmore holds a Bachelor degree in Managerial Economics from the University of New South Wales.


Jayne Drinkwater

Jayne Drinkwater​, Non-Executive Director

Ms Drinkwater was appointed to the Board of CBHS Corporate in January 2019. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Greater Bank Limited and Greater Charitable Foundation.

Ms Drinkwater has extensive experience as a Non- Executive Director and Senior Executive in health insurance, banking and financial services. She has worked across operations, customer service, IT and marketing. Ms Drinkwater was previously employed by nib holdings limited as Interim CEO New Zealand, and as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at nib health funds limited. Prior experience includes senior roles with Citibank Australia, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and ANZ.

Ms Drinkwater holds a Bachelor of Economics and an MBA (With Merit) and she is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith, Group Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Andrew Smith commenced with CBHS in March 2016 as the Group Chief Executive Officer and was appointed as an Executive Director of CBHS on 3 November 2016. Andrew was appointed a Director of CBHS’ subsidiary company, CBHS Corporate Health Pty Ltd in March 2018.

Previously, Andrew was the CEO and Managing Director of InvoCare Limited for 10 years and held several senior executive positions for over 10 years in retail and FMCG industries.

Andrew is a Non-Executive Director of Members Health Fund Alliance, the organisation representing the not-for-profit, member-owned, regional and community-based health fund sector. He was a Non-Executive Director of Private Healthcare Australia (PHA) in 2016 and 2017 and is the current Chair of PHA’s Audit Committee. Andrew is also a Non-Executive Advisory Board member of AFEA Pty Limited, a provider specialising in home care services.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Dario Molina, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director of CBHS Corporate Health Pty Ltd

Dario Molina commenced with CBHS in April 2011 and was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CBHS Corporate in May 2016. Dario previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer for CBHS from April 2011 to May 2016 and prior to that was the CFO at Manchester Unity from February 2007 to December 2009.

Dario has over 20 years of experience in management roles within Australia and abroad. He has broad expertise across strategy, finance, risk management, change management and business administration gained in organisations such as PwC and Genworth Financial.

Dario is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
