The CBHS Corporate Health Choice Network is a group of over 3,000 dental and optical providers who are committed to providing exceptional treatment to CBHS Corporate Health members while reducing or removing the gap for Extras services on optical frames, lenses, contact lenses and preventative dental treatments.

No Gap Optical with the CBHS Corporate Health Choice Network

The Optical Choice Network consists of optometrists and optical dispensers who have agreed to offer a selection of quality frames, lenses and contact lenses to CBHS Corporate Health members who hold Extras cover with little or no out-of-pocket expenses. 

By visiting an optical Choice Network provider, CBHS Corporate Health members will receive benefits of 100% (instead of the usual 70%), of the cost for all optical frames, lenses and contact lenses from a selected range, up to the maximum per service and overall limits.

These services may also be subject to known gaps, where you will know in advance what out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.

The Dental Choice Network is a group of dental service providers who have committed to reducing or removing the gap for selected preventative dental services that you would usually pay between the dentist’s charges and the CBHS Corporate Health benefit. By choosing to use a dentist in the network you will have no out-of-pocket expenses for these selected services.
