How do I find my Membership Number?
You'll be able to find your membership number on your confirmation of cover email and the certificate of insurance you received from CBHS International Health when you joined.
Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC members): If you cannot find your membership number, please contact us on 1300 174 537 or email ovhc@cbhscorp.com.au.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC members): This online service is not available for your membership. Please download and log in via the CBHS International app. Please contact us on 1300 174 538 or email oshc@cbhscorp.com.au if you have any questions.
How do I find my password?
Your password for the CBHS Corporate Health app is the same as the password that you use to login to the CBHS Corporate Health website.
If you have already registered but have forgotten your password, please return to the previous screen and select "Forgot Password".
