Only the Policy Holder (as defined in the Health Benefit Fund Rules of CBHS Corporate Health) is entitled to use the Member Centre. The Policy Holder has the right to view, change, add or delete items relating to all persons for whom they pay contributions.

In the event that the Policy Holder allows access to any other person, CBHS Corporate Health does not accept responsibility for transactions conducted in the Member Centre. It is the responsibility of the Policy Holder to protect the security of their membership number and password.

Online Correspondence

By registering for the Member Centre the Policy Holder agrees to have their mail preference set to email and receive correspondence sent by CBHS Corporate Health electronically.

A new mail notification will be sent to the Policy Holder’s email address when new correspondence is available in the Policy Holder’s CBHS Corporate Health Mailbox.

A Policy Holder can change their mail preference at any time via the Member Centre or by contacting the CBHS Corporate Health Member Care Centre.

The Policy Holder agrees to receive electronic newsletters, promotional offers and other information related to their health insurance. The Policy Holder can choose to opt-out from receiving these communications by updating their preference on the Member Centre or using the ‘unsubscribe’ option within these communications.

In seeking to use the Member Centre, each Policy Holder agrees to assist in maintaining the security of their own information by protecting their membership number and password.

Each Policy Holder further agrees to:
